Demarien Jermaine Hawk CFSP, is a servant who is passionate about service and making a difference in the community. He is a lifelong native of Havana, Florida. He has been serving in the community since a child. He started out as a young musician playing for different churches as their musician and later becoming the Minister of Music, he also began working for one of the local funeral home at the age of 9.
He’s a graduate from the East Gadsden High School class of 2012 with Honors. Upon graduating high school, he enrolled in mortuary school to pursue a degree in funeral service. He graduated from Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science in Atlanta the summer of 2014. Only to continue to further his education and enroll in Argosy University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in marketing and organization management. Which he graduated from the summer of 2016. He is also a graduate of The Albany State University located in Albany Georgia where he received his MBA. He is a Certified Crematory Operator and Certified Crematory Arranger through the ICCFA. He also has a certificate in Florida Life and Variable Insurance Contracts from Kaplan University School of Continuing and Professional Education. He holds a certification as a Registered Behavior Technician. He has extensive training and certifications from the U.S. Small Business Administration. He is a member of the National Funeral Directors & Morticians Association & Florida Morticians Association. He is also a Licensed Minister; he serves as a Program Director for Distinguished Young Gentlemen of America . He currently works for the Gadsden County School System at Havana Magnet School as a Behavior Specialist & ESE Resource Teacher. He is also a Certified Funeral Service Practitioner and member of the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice. He is Licensed as a Mortician in the states of Florida and Georgia. He's currently enrolled in the Masters program at Albany State University.

He has gained a lot of knowledge from different funeral homes and mentors. Such as Richardson Family Funeral Care of Tallahassee, FL., Williams Funeral Home of Quincy, FL., Ivey Funeral Home of Quincy, FL... While in mortuary school he studied under Carl M. Williams Funeral Directors of Atlanta GA. & the Brown & Young Home of Funerals of Lithonia GA. He completed his clinicals while in school at Murray Brothers Funeral Home in Atlanta, GA.

He is very dedicated to serving the community and giving back to help others reach higher. He is very passionate about God and serving the community in every aspect and way to improve overall living. He has a heart for the youth and helping develop them into being the best they can be.
