Louise W.C. Morris, 90 ½ years young, a life-long resident of Savannah Georgia passed away on November 23, 2022, at 12:06pm. Truly a child of God has accepted her invitation to go home to the Father as she listened to Amazing Grace. She will be dearly missed by all her family members.

Louise was born on January 28, 1932, or 31 (depending on who you ask), to George and Janie Whaley in Charleston, South Carolina.  Louise attended the public schools and graduated from Beach High School.  She then went on to serve in her life-long calling of helping others as a Domestic Worker for over 50 years.  Louise was known for her signature dishes such as BBQ pig feet, pound cake, fruit cake and many more.  She was a joy to be around and she did not bit her tongue.

Louise joined St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church and served as a faithful member. Her Christian journey included service as a Choir Member and on the Women's Missionary Society.

Louise was united in Holy Matrimony to John Morris who preceded her in death in 1994.

Louise was predeceased in death by her parents, George and Janie Whaley; husband, John Morris; brother, Thomas Whaley.  She leaves cherished and loving memories in the hearts of her family. She is survived by (son) Andrew Copeland, (son) Ronald (Jennifer) Copeland, (daughter) Cathy Johnson, (granddaughters) Nataki Ervin, Shontell Johnson, JóElle Copeland, (grandson) Kobie Ervin.  A host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and sorrowing friends.
